FAQ
1. What is the 9 Flaw Elevator Programme?
The 9 Flaw Elevator Programme is a unique framework developed by Mynd2Matter to address specific character traits (flaws) and behaviours that can hinder young people's potential. It’s designed to help students gain self-awareness, build resilience, and develop the tools needed to thrive both academically and personally.
2. Who are Mynd2Matter’s programmes designed for?
Our programmes are specifically tailored for NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and students at risk of exclusion from school. We also work with young people who have difficulty engaging with their education, offering workshops that can be integrated into PSHE sessions or delivered as part of a wider school support strategy.
3. Where are your workshops delivered?
We work primarily with FE colleges and secondary schools across London, but our programmes are flexible and can also be delivered online. This allows us to provide support to students and schools beyond our local area, making our workshops accessible to a wider audience. Additionally, we offer individual sessions requested by parents. Whether in-person or online, we bring our expertise to where it’s needed most.
4. How can schools or parents get involved with Mynd2Matter?
Schools can reach out to us directly to arrange workshops, consultations, or staff training on engaging challenging students. Parents interested in individual support for their children can also contact us to discuss tailored options. Simply get in touch via our website, and we’ll guide you through the process!
